Shipping methods: Utopius uses the services of USPS, UPS, Fedex and other carriers at its description and subject to availability and the customer’s location. If a customer needs special shipping arrangements they will need to contact our company before an order is made.
Pricing: Most orders qualify for our free economy shipping, however there is a charge for some shipping carriers, expedited shipping and special services (i.e. signature required). Pricing will be shown on the website at the time of checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Time: Shipments usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours (one business day). Delivery time for our free economy shipping generally averages 4-6 days. In some cases overnight shipping and same day shipping may be available. Estimated delivery time frames will be shown at the time of checkout. One dispatched all customers will be notified via email and will be provided with shipment & tracking information.
Stock Errors: Items shown “in stock” are present in our warehouse. If a stock error is made we will notify customers within 24 hours (one business day) and provide either a refund, an alternative product or an expected shipment date as permitted by the customer.
International Shipments: International shipment options are limited. In cases where we do ship internationally, we will not falsify customs information. Additionally we will not be held responsible for loss or seizure by customs or import services. Please contact us for more information.
Address Verification: In some cases orders that are shipped to an address that is not authorized by the credit card issuer are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls and/or cancellation. Additionally, in some cases orders that are shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address are subject to delay and verification. In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity of an order that order will be cancelled.
